That is, kürtőskalács (<--click "Képgaléria" if you'd like to see more pictures). I had one yesterday with cinnamon and sugar. Oh. What a crispy outside and soft inside. You should come for a visit and have one of these. I'll miss these when I'm not in Hungary.
